The Seller hereby authorizes the aforementioned property to be “Temporarily Withdrawn” from any Multiple Listing Service through which said listing is currently being distributed. Please keep in mind the "Days on Market" will pick up where they left off when the status is changed to "Back on Market". The only way to reset the "Days on Market" to zero is to Cancel your listing for at least 91 days.

When you want your listing re-activated, fill out the "Back on Market" form.
