HOW TO GET YOUR REBATE 1) You find a property you are interested in buying and provide us with the MLS number. We provide you with access to a full property listing detail sheet, including Market History, Listing Office and we check to see if there is a Facilitator Commission offered. 2) If the property is eligible for a rebate, then you agree to let EntryOnly.com act as a Facilitator in your transaction by signing a Facilitator Buyers Agreement. You can not already have an Agency Relationship (i.e. Buyer's Agent, Facilitator) for the property you are inquiring about. 3) You must be Pre-Qualified for a mortgage. This ensures we are sending quality Buyers to properties. We do not want to waste the time of Sellers/Seller's Agents. We can either Pre-Qualify you with our preferred lender, Evofi One, or you can submit a letter from any accredited lender. When the appointment is made, we tell the Listing Agent the Buyers have engaged our services as a Facilitator. 5) Any Offers/Counter Offers to Purchase the property will be submitted by EntryOnly.com, until there is an Accepted Offer. We will provide all the appropriate blank Legal Forms that may be needed to complete the transaction (i.e. Offer to Purchase, Purchase & Sales Agreement), however, we will not prepare any documents. 6) After closing has taken place, you receive a Rebate Check for 50% of our commission within 14 days. *There is no minimum Sales Price for properties, however, EntryOnly.com will collect a minimum $2,000.00 commission. **** Always consult an attorney regarding real estate transactions **** That is how it works and the guidelines to follow.
